Pricing & Rates
Our pricing is based on the same hourly rates used across the booking form and service pages. Smaller jobs, investigations and urgent visits are normally charged by time, while larger works are quoted before going ahead.
Minimum Charge Applies
There is always a minimum charge of 1 hour at the applicable rate, no matter how small the job is.

Smaller Jobs & Emergencies
Sometimes, with smaller jobs, there is no need for a full estimate. In an emergency, work may need to start immediately to make the property safe, stop further damage or complete the repair.
In these cases, the correct hourly rate applies and the minimum charge is 1 hour.
Investigation Time
Investigation, testing, diagnosis, access checks and fault tracing are chargeable time where required.
If you ask us to investigate or scope a job but then decide not to go ahead, you will still be charged for the time spent up to that point.
Hourly Rate Tiers
These are guide labour rates. Materials, parts, specialist equipment, waste removal, access equipment and larger quoted works are not included unless agreed.
Leak Detection, Plumbing & Drainage
Three-rate hourly structure used for urgent property water issues, leak tracing, plumbing repairs and drainage support.
Maintenance & Repair Rates
These services are based on normal working hours only. Larger jobs are quoted where suitable before work begins.
Quoted, One-Off & Recurring Work
Some services depend heavily on property size, access, waste, height, customer preference and how often the work is needed.
Gardening
Minimum charge per suitable gardening visit.
Can be a one-off tidy-up or a recurring maintenance service depending on the garden, access, waste and customer preference.
Window & Gutter Cleaning
Minimum charge per suitable exterior cleaning visit.
Can be a one-time clean or a recurring service depending on access, height, property size, gutters, debris and customer preference.
Bigger Jobs
Painting and decorating, property refurbishment, renovation, bathroom work and larger multi-trade jobs are quoted where suitable.
Quotation visits may be chargeable unless the quote is accepted and a deposit is agreed.
