All quotations are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to change following an on-site inspection. Any additional work not included in the original quote will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.
The first hour of labour is always chargeable, regardless of time spent on-site. This covers travel, assessment, and initial work carried out.
Full payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest or recovery costs on overdue payments.
Work will be carried out as agreed at the time of booking. Any additional work requested during the job may affect the final cost and completion time.
We are not liable for any pre-existing faults, damage, or underlying issues that were not visible or disclosed prior to commencing work.
The client is responsible for providing safe and adequate access to the work area. Delays caused by restricted access or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges.
Materials and parts will either be included in the quotation or charged separately. We aim to use suitable, quality materials at all times.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a charge.
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the work, please notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
By providing payment details, the client authorises Invicta Property Maintenance to securely store their payment method with its payment provider and charge the final approved amount for completed works.
